Entry fees until the 1st prize jump (date still open):

Payment is made by SEPA direct debit.

Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. Any costs and fees incurred for unpaid direct debits are to be borne by the account holder.

Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the event site.
Local parking fees must be paid at the appropriate machines.

Withdrawal policy

Cancellation until 20.02.26:

• Transfer of the starting position to another person
• Wildcard for the next year (plus 10.00 Euro processing fee)
• Refund of the registration fee (less 10.00 Euro processing fee)

Cancellation from 21.02.26:

• Transfer of the starting place to another person (plus 10.00 Euro processing fee)

from 27.03.26:

• No more cancellation options, only re-registration on site on the day of the event

Re-registration

Changes of relay team, team name, name or the transfer of the starting place are free of charge until 20.02.26. After that a processing fee of 10.00 Euro will be charged.

• W60/M60 – (60- 99 years)
• only the 1st place will be awarded during the award ceremony

TEAM EVALUATION

• Team consisting of at least 3 riders
• The 3 fastest times are counted
• 1st place 66 km | 100 km in the categories
  – Team classification open
  – Team classification mixed (min. 1 woman & min. 1 man)

• Gravel race 66 km | 100 km
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Both licensed and unlicensed riders are permitted
  (subject to change)

By registering, the participant accepts the HarzGravel sports and competition regulations and the organizer’s terms and conditions!

Security

• Helmets are compulsory
• All technically sound bicycles (gravel bikes & mountain bikes) are permitted.
• The following bikes are excluded for safety reasons: Recumbent/chair bikes, hand bikes, trailers, triathlon or time trial handlebars, all types of handlebar attachments, aluminum and glass drinking bottles
• E-bikes are not permitted
• All participants are responsible for the safety of their own equipment
• DRK rescue teams will be on duty for you both in the start and finish areas and along the route
• Please leave the finish area immediately after crossing the finish line to allow the following participants to cross the finish line freely!
